Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations will not be possible.

Refunds within 5-7 business days.

Slight variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur due to lighting, photography, and handcrafted detailing.

Natural wear, improper handling, exposure to moisture, perfumes, or chemicals are not considered manufacturing defects.
